How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and not guaranteed. Most unlocks complete within minutes, but times can vary by carrier and device. In the event of a significant delay, refunds may be considered after 30 days as stated in our Refund Policy.
How do I track the status of my order?
You can check your order status anytime on our Track page using your order code and email. We also send updates and final confirmation by email.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and we do not store your credit card details.
Do you charge sales tax?
Taxes may apply depending on your location and applicable regulations. Any taxes will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
Do you ship to my country?
We do not ship physical products. Our IMEI‑based unlock service is delivered digitally—no shipping required.
What is your refund policy?
Please review our Refund Policy. In summary: there is a 30‑day window for refunds if an unlock has not been delivered and has not been rejected; orders in process are not refundable; and specific conditions apply (e.g., unsupported device status or incorrect order information).
The code doesn’t work
If your device prompts for a code but the unlock code fails, you must provide clear video proof within 5 days of receiving the code showing the failure and that the device remains locked. This is required to assess a refund per our Refund Policy.
How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect IMEI number?
If you entered an incorrect IMEI, please go to our Support page with your order code and the correct IMEI so we can assist you. Please note that if incorrect information results in a request being rejected by the carrier, it may not be refundable per our Terms and Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Due to supplier agreements, orders cannot be canceled while in process. If an unlock has not been delivered within 30 days and has not been rejected for any reason, a refund may be issued according to our Refund Policy.
